Logitech's Brio webcam was considered a reference for a long time – and was overtaken and overtaken by other solutions during the Corona pandemic. The now newly presented MX Brio is supposed to be a luxury model again.
The webcam has a robust aluminum housing with a plastic back. It is attached either magnetically to the included bracket or to the tripod thread in the housing. If you feel like you are being watched by the camera lens, simply turn the plastic ring on the lens. Then a cover slides in front of it. This does not turn off the camera and the built-in microphones remain active, which is indicated by a small LED on the front.
Improved image quality
As with the previous model, the video resolution is 4K with 30 fps or Full HD with up to 60 fps. Nevertheless, Logitech wants to have improved the image quality, namely with larger sensor pixels. In fact, only small differences could be seen in a direct comparison: The camera showed fine details such as hair, scars or skin in a little more detail than its predecessor.
