Companies today face cyberattacks every day, whether through phishing, ransomware, malware or other cyberattacks. These malicious activities aim to gain unauthorized access to IT systems and data in order to subsequently cause damage to the company.

In the two-day iX workshop “After the Break-In: Digital Forensics & Incident Response” you will learn tools and techniques to quickly detect cyber attacks, identify affected systems, secure traces of attacks and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
Lots of practice
In this security workshop on April 24th and 25th, 2024, you will work with a virtual Windows machine on which you can try out the techniques and strategies presented directly and independently in practice. Speaker Gregor Wegberg will guide you through the workshop. As a senior digital forensics & incident response specialist at the consulting firm Oneconsult, he supports companies in dealing with cyberattacks and examines the attackers' methods down to the last command. After this workshop, you will be able to actively participate in the response to cyber incidents and professionally support the return to normal operations.
