Nowadays it is easy to use existing services in a cloud. However, building this cloud environment to be secure, fully automated, stable and low-maintenance requires a lot of knowledge and experience. The first technology and architectural decisions already decide whether the project is successful or not. What makes matters worse is that there are many cloud providers with a variety of service offerings.

IT infrastructure and application architecture for the cloud
In the Hands-On Power Course – Building a Cloud-Native Environment on March 20 and 21, 2024, you will learn how to design and implement an IT infrastructure and application architecture that is specifically optimized for use in the cloud. This includes designing and deploying applications that leverage cloud technologies such as microservices, containers, continuous delivery and scalable infrastructure. To do this, under the guidance of Victor Getz, you will create a complete, productively usable and dynamically configurable cloud environment based on a highly available Kubernetes cluster and automatic scaling.
Aimed at people working in DevOps and CloudOps, this workshop is suitable for both beginners and users and covers best practices for CloudOps including Terraform, Kubernetes and GitOps.
Victor Getz is the CTO of iits-consulting and has been working in software development for over 10 years. As a cloud architect, he has already created a large number of cloud architectures and accompanied their migrations.
