A week that we can review with the most spectacular images of Holy Week 2024.
The most spectacular images of Holy Week
Throughout Holy Week, The main cities of Spain, especially Seville and Malaga, will experience Holy Week with great intensity and above all, with the presence of thousands of people who will attend the processions and also the different masses that are celebrated and will live these days with passion.
Others, however, will take advantage of the holidays of Holy Week 2024, Good Thursday and Good Friday, as well as Easter Monday (depending on where you live) to travel and get away, especially to the many beaches of our country. Hence images of liturgy and tradition mix with those of people crowding the main beaches of Spain.
Among the first images that we can see this Holy Week are those of the Friday of Sorrows processions in Seville. But we also have images of the Palm Sunday processions, as well as those of the processions of Holy Thursday and Good Friday, highlighting especially those of Madrugáthe procession that is celebrated in the early hours of Thursday to Friday.
Let's not forget the images of representations or recreations of the Passion of Christ which is celebrated in towns like Balmaseda and which once again brings together thousands of people.
