The Local Police have arrested a 31-year-old Spanish man in Palma who tried to break into a home to steal but was trapped on a roof by the presence of two dogs. As reported by the National Police in a press release, the events occurred this Sunday around 9:00 p.m. in the Palma neighborhood of Pere Garau.
