The fire of a truck-crane of great tonnage –60 tons– on the CV-83, at the entrance to the Alicante town of Monovarearly this morning, has caused moments of extreme tension: the truck’s wheels have exploded in the middle of the fire – up to 4 explosions have been counted – and they have flown up to about 30 meters away. Pieces of those wheels have hit the guard railswith such force that they have come to bend them, as reported by the Provincial Consortium of the Diputación de Alicante. Employees of the parks Elda and Villena of the aforementioned Consortium are still working to put out the flames, which have spread to some pine trees that bordered the road. There have been no casualties.
While more than 15 firefighters work tirelessly to extinguish the flames of a terrifying fire that broke out last night in a Monovar landfilla dozen troops have had to move to the entrance roundabout in that same town on the CV-83.

The truck has completely burned.
