The Court of Instruction No. 4 of Cadiz has decreed entry into prison for two brothers arrested late in the afternoon of this Tuesday after squat a property in the capital of Cadiz and stab the owner when he tried to enter through one of the windows of the living place to get the house back.

The owner, standing on a ladder, tried to climb up to the window and enter his house, but the squatters attacked him, even using a knife, until they managed to free his hands and make him fall to the street, although it was muffled by one of the witnesses present at the scene. Finally, the Police were able to arrest the two brothers in events whose images recorded by neighbors have gone viral.
The blind of the window through which the owner tried to access his house woke up with remains of victim’s blood, as observed in some of the images collected by the neighbors.
