At the height of delirium, the Ministry of Equality wants to include in the statistics of violence against women what, according to them, is carried out by judges, police officers, teachers or doctors and which they consider “institutional violence”. In other words, the Government of Spain -or, at least, a part of the Executive- considers that from within the institutions of the State there are criminal behavior. OKDIARIO does not say it, but the Government delegate against Gender Violence, Victoria Rosell, in the presentation of the study Institutional violence against mothers and children. Rosell referred specifically to the Strategy to combat sexist violence, drawn up by Equality, and which claims “analysis, evaluation and accountability mechanisms before cases of institutional violence».
It’s funny that one of the most responsible for the mess of the only yes law is yes, the norm that has become the greatest ally of rapists and that has caused the reduction of sentences to almost 800 sexual offendersin addition to the release of another 70, it is allowed to accuse public officials of exercising “institutional violence”, including judges, police officers, teachers or doctors, whom it accuses of carrying out behaviors that could lead to a ” re-victimization” for exercising poor or no care, even discrediting the woman and questioning her testimony.
Nobody like Victoria Rosell and the team of the Ministry of Equality It has further “revictimized” the victims of sexual assault, women who have to endure as their rapists benefit from the infected law that, among other people, has been promoted by the Government delegate against Gender Violence. Instead of apologizing to women, Victoria Rosell has the audacity to charge against judges, police, doctors and educators, as if they were to blame for the situation. The hypocrisy and moral turpitude of these people is unprecedented. Everyone is guilty except them, who are the ones who bear all the blame for what is happening.
