Jose Manuel Garcia-MargalloMEP and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, has launched Spain for debate, a format similar to La Clave, the famous Transition debate program that was presented by the journalist Jose Luis Balbin. The program, to whose images OKDIARIO has had access, consists of a series of colloquiums with the participation of MEPs from Ciudadanos and shows the good harmony that exists in Brussels with the orange formation. A tribute to the Transition and its consensus.
In other already recorded programs of the series Spain under debate, there are also Javier Nartformer member of the Citizens’ Executive and now an independent MEP in the liberal group Renew Europe, and James DuchDirector General of Communication and spokesperson for the European Parliament.
On the part of the Popular Party there are interventions by MEPs such as the General Deputy Secretary for Institutional Action and Vice President of the European PP, Esteban González Pons; Leopoldo Lopez Gilfather of the Venezuelan opponent and leader of Voluntad Popular (VP), or Isabella Benjumea, National Secretary of European Funds. According to Margallo, more programs are planned with the participation of MEPs from the different committees of the Eurochamber, as well as experts in those subjects.
This collaboration between PP and Ciudadanos officials demonstrates the good harmony that exists between both groups in the European Parliament just at a time when Genoa has opened the door to the sum of “talent” from other parties to reunite the center-right vote around the popular project.
