In December 2002, the Government approved a help of 200 euros for low-income people with the aim of alleviating the unstoppable inflation. The money will be paid to all people who meet the established requirements, through a single payment.
Requirements
This is aid from the Tax Agency aimed at workers (self-employed or employed) and unemployed. Therefore, pensioners and retirees will not be able to receive it. Neither are those who are collecting the Minimum Vital Income (IMV).
To receive the check for 200 euros, you must meet the following requirements:
Have habitual residence in Spain on December 31, 2022. The annual income in 2022 must have been less than 27,000 euros. The assets must not exceed 75,000 euros. In the event that the main home is owned by the beneficiary, the equity value will be calculated by discounting its value. In the case of the unemployed, they must have been self-employed or employed by others in 2022. That is, only those who were registered with Social Security, or who received pressure or unemployment benefits will receive the 200-euro check.
It should be noted that the income and assets of those people who share a flat and have no family relationship.
Application
The deadline to apply for the aid will open on February 15, and will end on March 31. To make the request, it is an essential requirement to have a digal certificate or be registered in the System [email protected] of the administration. It can only be filed electronically at the Electronic Office of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT).
