Good morning
We begin the narration of the political day this Tuesday, in which the 22 ministers of the new Government of Pedro Sánchez will take office, swearing or promising them before the King and a copy of the Constitution in the Zarzuela Palace.
Subsequently, the 17 ministers of the PSOE and the five of Sumar will go to the headquarters of the respective ministries for the traditional act of transferring portfolios.
Furthermore, this Tuesday the Congressional Board meets, which will foreseeably give the green light to the processing of the amnesty law proposal presented last week by the PSOE. On Monday, the lawyers of Congress gave their approval to its processing, seeing no “obvious and obvious” elements that the rule is unconstitutional.
The Board will also analyze the recusal document presented by the PP against the senior lawyer of the Cortes, Fernando Galindo, considering that he should abstain from the legal report of the norm for having been part of the Government of Pedro Sánchez until just two days before assume his position as general secretary of Congress. This is yet another attempt by the PP to hinder the processing of the law and it does not have much of a chance of succeeding.
