Microsoft Teams has become an integral part of most companies. Hybrid working models in distributed teams can only be implemented with well-structured communication tools. However, most users only use it as a chat and video calling tool. MS Teams can form the basis for closely interlinked collaboration within the team, especially if they do not work centrally in one location.

In our webinar series Collaborative Working with Microsoft Teams, you will learn how Microsoft Teams makes this collaboration easier for you. Our expert will show you how to use useful apps with which you can make MS Teams more than just a simple chat program: The Mindmeister and Whiteboard apps, for example, complement an interactive board on which you can visualize and share ideas. With Viva Engage, Forms and Bookings, you can facilitate team agreements and motivate team members to interact more. In the third webinar you will find out how you can save a lot of time and work with automation.
You will learn how to collect and prepare the existing knowledge in the final two webinars in the series. Microsoft offers numerous apps for these processes, such as Lists, Planner and OneNote. You can also record meetings so that everyone in teams working asynchronously is informed about agreements and new team members can follow previous meetings. You can also use the town hall function to make meetings more inclusive, even when people are working remotely.
