This year, the Agile Leadership Conference consists of two conference days, which will take place online as usual: On November 28th, the Leadership Day will focus on leading agile teams, while the Self Leadership Day on December 5th will focus on helpful self-leadership lays. Leadership and self-leadership in ten lectures and two workshops
The Leadership Day on November 28th and the Self Leadership Day on December 5th offer 45-minute lectures by experts – including managing directors, agile coaches, and founders. Drawing on their wealth of experience, they show, among other things, how excellence can be cultivated, how one can move from a process developer to a people developer and how agile projects can be successfully advanced based on a scientific foundation.

You can also attend two full-day online workshops: On November 29th, Steffi Baginsky and Urs Reupke will present the topic of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) in the tour. Participants will learn how the use of OKR makes management work easier and gives it clear direction.
In his workshop on December 8th, Markus Kristen will show how the sustainability transformation of your own organization can be supported. The participants use agile and systemic tools.
Group and combination discounts
Anyone who books the Leadership Day or the Self Leadership Day individually pays 269 euros (all prices plus 19% VAT). In combination, both conference days can be booked at the reduced price of 469 euros. In addition, the online shop automatically calculates group discounts for teams of three or more people. The price for one of the full-day online workshops is 449 euros.
