A body of a person appeared this morning on Ondarreta beach in Donostia-San Sebastian, as confirmed by sources from the Donostia City Council and the Municipal Police of the Gipuzkoan capital to eitb.eus.
The body corresponds to a 22-year-old Australian man, municipal sources have reported. The body was located early in the morning in the Pico del Loro area, the source said.
After the intervention of the coroner, they proceeded to remove the body around 10:00 a.m. While waiting for the autopsy, in a first analysis no signs of violence were seen, so the main hypothesis is an accident.
On September 4, they rescued another body in the Zurriola beach area.
