iX Power Workshop: VMware vSphere 7 and 8 (early bird discount until October 15th)

VMware vSphere is a widely used virtualization software that has reached a significant level of maturity with the eighth generation of products currently available. As a cloud operating system, it manages storage, networks and CPUs in a dynamic operating environment where everything is coordinated. vSphere is therefore particularly interesting for companies that want to provide IT services reliably but flexibly.

However, configuring a VMware environment and administering it efficiently are not easy tasks and require extensive background and practical knowledge.

In our five-day intensive workshop on administration of vSphere 7 and 8, you will learn all the important administration techniques both with the graphical interface and on the command line. In practical exercises, you will install, configure and administer vSphere in a realistic practice environment. All participants have their own vSphere system available for this purpose.

In this workshop, particular emphasis is placed on teaching proven best practices. The trainers Alexej Prozorov, Christoph Karger and Patrick Rusch are VMWare specialists and work as consultants at Söldner Consult GmbH with a focus on cloud computing and virtualization.

The power course will take place as an online training course from November 13th to 17th, 2023. It is aimed at Windows and Linux administrators who are looking for a quick and efficient way to get started with VSphere. The number of participants is limited to ten people in order to enable intensive work and a lively exchange between participants and speakers.
