Looking for ideas for lectures and workshops!
Ideas for 45-minute lectures on the use of JavaScript in the company are welcome. The organizers are looking forward to talks about frameworks, tools and libraries as well as crucial aspects such as performance, quality assurance, security and standards. enterJS deals with the use of the programming language both in the frontend and in the backend. Experience reports, UI/UX, accessibility, integration of legacy systems or language developments are also conceivable, as are suggestions for one-day workshops.
The call for proposals are evaluated anonymously, so the name and company affiliation of the speakers are not known to the program advisory board. This ensures an objective evaluation and also gives newcomers to the conference scene a chance to become part of the event. enterJS attaches great importance to a balanced level of diversity in front of and on stage and therefore particularly invites underrepresented groups in the tech industry to apply.
Speakers have free access to the conference
Conference speakers receive free access to the conference as well as reimbursement of travel costs in the amount of a 2nd class ticket from Deutsche Bahn and any necessary hotel overnight stays. Food is provided during the conference and workshop trainers receive additional financial compensation.
The enterJS 2024 program is expected to go live in mid-January, and ticket sales should also start during this period. Anyone interested can submit suggestions for a talk or workshop using the corresponding web form.
The organizers publish current information on the conference website, which offers the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter, and on X (formerly Twitter).
