Four days before the investiture debate of Alberto Núñez Feijóo, the PP is directly targeting the conscience of the socialist deputies opposed to Pedro Sánchez’s possible pacts with the independentists to make them think about it and break the voting discipline of the PSOE.
This Friday there are many voices from the PP asking the socialist deputies, and any other parliamentary group, to support the investiture of Feijóo, who is four votes away in Congress to be president of the Government of Spain.
“I hope they reconsider their position, because it is worth it,” the general secretary of the PP, Cuca Gamarra, said on TVE. The number 2 of the PP has assured that “many socialist voters today regret having voted for the PSOE and Pedro Sánchez on July 23”, because, as she has said, “they lied.”
