This is the cabin for which the youth players paid €600 to record a sex video without consent

The Real Madrid youth players involved in the alleged recording and dissemination of a sex video in which a minor appears paid 600 euros for the cabin in which the events took place. According to the Civil Guard report to which OKDIARIO has had exclusive access, footballer Raúl Asencio reserved private cabin number 105 at the Amadores Beach Club through a phone call to the establishment’s manager. In said reserved space of the premises was where the sexual relations took place, which were recorded without the consent of both parties. The dissemination of these images has been reported by a minor who participated in the event.

Anfi del Mar beach (Gran Canaria) has one of the most famous beach clubs on the island. OKDIARIO has been to this exclusive place that has a swimming pool, an offshore bathing space and is equipped with hammocks and cabins available to its clients. These thatched-roof cabins are used as a private room; in fact, they have curtains that can be closed for privacy. The cabin – whose rent exceeds half a thousand euros – is decorated with white upholstered armchairs and tables where you can order bottles.

This was the place that the Madrid youth players chose to spend the day with the girls. There, from behind the curtains, the sex video that the Civil Guard is investigating was recorded. The agents have taken photographs of this space which have been included in the report that has already been sent to the court investigating the case.

Civil Guard report

As a result of the statements of the victims and witnesses, the Civil Guard investigative team has prepared a report on what happened in the Canary Islands last June. This document reveals that the Real Madrid C players, Ferran Ruiz, Juan Rodríguez and Andrés García, along with the Real Madrid Castilla footballer, Raúl Asencio, traveled by plane to the south of Gran Canaria where they decided to rent a space at Amadores Beach Club .

According to police investigations, Raúl Asencio invited an acquaintance who came to the premises with two other friends. These two girls, one of them a minor, began to spend ice with the players Ferran, Juan and Andrés, and after that, consensual relationships began.

The victim’s statement at the Civil Guard barracks to which this newspaper has had access reveals that it was she herself who noticed that the footballers were passing around a mobile phone with which they were recording the scene. It was then that the two girls demanded that the two youth players delete the images, leading them into a heated discussion. They tried to delete the images, but that was not the case, since the video has circulated through messaging applications.

While the relationships were taking place inside, Raúl Asencio and another friend of the girls were waiting for them outside the cabin. The police document reveals that both did not directly participate in consensual sexual relations and, upon hearing what was happening inside the cabin, they decided to move to another part of the premises.

Boyfriend of the minor

The recording reached the minor months later. According to the police report, the current partner of this teenager, a man named Dailos, met with one of the youth players, who told him what happened at the beach club on June 15. This document reveals that it was the athlete himself who requested the video to show it to the minor’s current boyfriend.

Dailos describes in his statement that he saw how his current girlfriend was bent over in a position supported on the floor on her hands and knees with a young man who seemed to penetrate her, with another young man who was next to her head holding the recording device. Dailos also reveals that in one of the shots he could see the presence of the other girl who was with another young man having oral sex.

A few weeks later, Dailos began a romantic relationship with the 16-year-old girl who appeared in the video. Thus, Dailos told her partner that he had seen a sex video in which she appeared. This triggered the minor, accompanied by her mother, to go to the Santa María de Guía barracks (Canary Islands) to report.

Revelation of secrets

Now, the footballers face an alleged crime of revealing secrets in addition to two crimes against privacy. The Investigative Court number 3 of Las Palmas will be the one that will handle the case and, in said judicial offices, they have already received the report from the Civil Guard with the victim’s complaint.

As OKDIARIO has exclusively published, the judge who will handle the case is Judge Julio Wood, who has already summoned the accused to testify as investigators. It will be next November 8 at 10:00, 10:20, 10:40 and 11:00 when the interrogation will take place. It will be done via videoconference, since the youth players reside in Madrid.
