Lukashenko has allowed “Russia’s unjustified war of aggression,” the text says, and is therefore “directly responsible” for the destruction and damage caused to Ukraine.
In a separate accusation, the European Parliament also accuses Belarus of playing a role in the forcible deportation of Ukrainian children from territories occupied by Russian troops.
MEPs call for the application of “mirror” sanctions to Belarus, similar to those applied by the European Union against Moscow.
