Chancellor Olaf Scholz has halted the shipment of missiles to Ukraine and has reportedly ordered technical modifications to the rockets to ensure that the Ukrainian military cannot use them to attack Russian territory.
Baerbock further expressed his dismay at the forcible transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia. The head of German diplomacy announced that kyiv and Berlin will organize a new conference for the reconstruction of Ukraine next year in Germany.
