Agents of the Granada Local Police found the lifeless body of a woman this Sunday when they entered the home of a man who died after jumping from a balcony. According to sources from the 112 emergency service and the National Police, a first call at 5:30 p.m. this Sunday alerted that a man, who was only revealed to be young, had fallen from a balcony. At the moment, it is not confirmed that this is a case of sexist violence.
The event took place on Madrid Avenue in Granada capital, at number 20, a point to which agents from the National Police and the Local Police, Firefighters and health personnel from 061 have traveled and have certified the death of the man.
After this suicide, the agents located the deceased’s home and called without finding an answer. It was then that the agents forced the door and found the lifeless body of a woman, also young, a victim about whom no further information has been released.
A spokeswoman for the National Police of Granada, the body that has taken charge of the investigation, have explained that they are studying the facts without confirming or ruling out any cause at the moment.
On the other hand, sources of the investigation have added that the woman located inside the house had defensive wounds, without it having transpired for the moment what kind of relationship binds her to the man who jumped from the balcony.
