In-house know-how plays a crucial role in successfully migrating applications and data to the cloud. By setting up their own Cloud Competence Center, companies create a team that builds, bundles and coordinates this knowledge and the skills of the members in dealing with cloud technologies.

Build cloud expertise within your own team
The company’s own Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) is the first point of contact for “everything related to the cloud”. It helps define and implement cloud best practices and acts as a compass and control authority in defining and implementing a cloud governance framework.
In the iX workshop Internal IT as a Cloud Provider – Building a Cloud Competence Center, trainer Fabian Brechlin shows you how to set up your own Competence Center and successfully bring your company into the cloud. You will receive an overview of important building blocks and learn how a CCoE supports you in planning, implementing and managing cloud projects.
Fabian Brechlin is managing director of Rewion GmbH and supports companies as a consultant in cloud and modern workplace projects. The one-day online workshop will take place on October 18, 2023 and is aimed at cloud architects as well as IT and project managers who are planning to move to the cloud or are already in the process of migrating applications and company data to the cloud. In a small group of a maximum of 20 participants, you have plenty of space to ask the trainer questions and exchange ideas with each other.
