The Russian command is aware of the danger of a breakthrough: large reserves of the Russian Armed Forces have begun to arrive in the Robotine area.

But neither army can function without ammunition and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has told workers at a military plant in the Tula region to establish round-the-clock production. Shoigu also recently traveled to North Korea to try to convince Pyongyang to sell artillery munitions to Russia.

“Any arms deal between the DPRK and Russia would directly violate several UN Security Council resolutions. We continue to closely monitor this situation and urge the DPRK to cease its arms negotiations with Russia and fulfill the public commitments that Pyongyang has made. not providing or selling weapons to Russia,” said John Kirby, spokesman for the US National Security Council.

Meanwhile, Russian officials said that Tuesday night’s drone attack on Pskov airport will not go unpunished.
