A 77-year-old woman died this Saturday in a traffic accident, which took place on the Inca motorway (Ma-13), near the town of Campanet (Mallorca).
As reported by SAMU 061 and the Civil Guard to the media, the event occurred at around 09:49 this Saturday. The 77-year-old woman, who was driving a Ford Focus, left the road at kilometer 39 of the Ma-13, becoming trapped and unconscious inside the vehicle.
Up to the area, SAMU 061 has mobilized an ambulance for advanced life support and another for basic life support. Firefighters and Civil Guard have also traveled to the scene of the events.
The injured woman, who had head trauma and polytrauma, finally died around 10:15 a.m. SAMU 061 points to the injuries she suffered as the cause of death.
Likewise, the Civil Guard is considering a previous heart disease in the woman as a possible cause of the accident. Although, it is pending confirmation by autopsy.
