What is the Congress Table?
The Table of Congress is the governing body and collegiate representation of the Lower House. It has a total of 9 positions: the president of Congress, four vice presidents and four secretaries. The president assumes the function of the third authority of the State. All of them are elected by the Lower House at the beginning of the legislature, that is, this Thursday.
