The human factor does not only play an important role in the software architecture: Crew Resource Management (CRM) focuses on the cooperation of all those involved in order to further increase safety in air traffic. In this episode, Lisa Maria Moritz and Eberhard Wolff talk to the flight instructor Steffen and the pilot Oliver about exactly what Crew Resource Management is, how it can be trained and what specific advantages it brings.
