iX workshop: Safe operation of containers – last call

Which specific security measures should be implemented when operating containers? Which tools can help? What risks and opportunities do containers bring for your own IT security? Speaker Christoph Puppe answers these and other questions in the online workshop Operating Containers Safely on four consecutive mornings from August 29 to September 1, 2023.

The focus is on specific security measures using the BSI’s IT baseline protection modules for containers and Kubernetes. Christoph Puppe also gives a comprehensive overview of current technologies in container operations and also explains the effects of containerization on the company’s internal security management.

Christoph Puppe is an expert in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Public & Private Cloud and security products in the areas of IaaS, PaaS, CaaS and DRaaS. Since 2008 he has been certified and active as an audit team leader for ISO 27001 according to BSI basic protection.

The workshop is aimed at IT decision-makers and administrators who are planning to use container technology or who have already had initial experience in this area.
