How to build the sun trap and place it on a rotatable frame for optimal heat yield was the subject of the first part of the self-made solar thermal shower. Now it’s time for the electronics and programming.
I built the circuit according to the following diagram. Using a baseboard for the controller offers more plug-in options and saves soldering work.
Since I’m not an experienced programmer, I use the wide range of examples on the Internet and adapt them to my needs. The code (download) therefore largely consists of standard solutions. Therefore, in the following, I will only go into the most important adjustments for my purposes.
