Agents of the Santa Eulària Local Police have seized a 48-kilo bundle of hashish that arrived on the coast of Caló de s’Alga, presumably pushed by the tide.

As reported by the City Council in a press release on Tuesday, those responsible for the concession of the beach bar alerted the base at 7:30 p.m., which sent a patrol with two agents to the area.

On the rocks they found a package about 55 centimeters long, 45 high and 25 wide, which had a brown mass inside that could be hashish.

Once intervened, the drug was taken to the police stations for analysis. Inside the bundle were 33 smaller packages of hashish weighing approximately 1.5 kilos each, for a total of 48 kilos.
