The general secretary of the PSCyL, Luis Tudanca, affirmed today, next to the plot of the paralyzed works of the Segovia IV Health Center, that “we are facing the skeleton of the Popular Party’s promises, facing the corpse of the PP’s commitment to the city and with the men and women of Segovia, the corpse of the lack of commitment of the PP and the Junta with public health”. He also assured that this health project is “the monument to his incapacity and, again, a stoppage, a lie, and false promises.”
Luis Tudanca, together with the PSOE candidacy for the Segovia City Council, assured that it seems “a bit ridiculous” to listen to the PP candidate, José Mazarías “score the goal of failures.” The same qualification that Tudanca deserves that Mazarías tries “to boast that thanks to him there has been some progress in the health infrastructure of this city.”
As spokesman for the PSOE in the Castilla y León Parliament, Luis Tudanca remarked that he has addressed the issue of the Nueva Segovia Health Center and the new health infrastructure in Segovia on many occasions. “We have been dealing with these issues in the streets, in the media, in demonstrations and we never saw him,” he said, referring to José Mazarías, and added Tudanca that, in the regional parliament, the Popular Party has voted against these claims.
Luis Tudanca summed up that the people of Segovia “cannot resist more lies or more excuses.” The neighborhood of Nueva Segovia needs its health center and the city, a health infrastructure that “will not arrive if the Popular Party, which is responsible for this disaster in the Junta, also governs in the Segovia City Council because they have demonstrated in all This guy who doesn’t care about anything.”
Tudanca took advantage of a response from the PSOE candidate for Mayor of Segovia, Clara Martín, to journalists to search her mobile phone and use the newspaper library to remember that, on the last day of the 2015 Municipal electoral campaign Raquel Fernández, who was a candidate for mayor of Segovia from the Popular Party, promised the Nueva Segovia health center. She “gave her word that Mr. Herrera, then president of the Junta de Castilla y León, had promised that this health center would be finished in that legislature, 2015-2019.
According to Tudanca, “today again in an electoral campaign the PP making the same promise and with the health center not built. In the end, the rest are details, the reality is that Segovian men and women, the people of this neighborhood do not have a health center. The general secretary of the PSCyL highlighted that “the Popular Party lies again. So with another Clara, on this same site, and in the same health center, it is the best example of what the PP does with this city.”
In this final stretch of the electoral campaign, Luis Tudanca once again supported the candidacy of Clara Martín, whom he defended as “an effective mayor who is knowing how to take very good advantage” of the enormous opportunities of this city and the good economic moment it is going through Spain in general terms”.
For Tudanca, the citizens deserve, to ask them for their confidence and vote this Sunday, to present a management balance and talk about what has been done. “Segovia can boast of having absolutely encouraging employment levels, levels of tourism visitors also due to the good municipal work
Clara Martín, said Luis Tudanca, is heir to what he has done here, to the socialist governments at the head of the Segovia City Council because they have a city project. The socialist leader remarked that his party has known how to “plan, see and work with great ambition for what Segovia needed for the next decade and years and now it is reaping these fruits”, taking advantage of the arrival of European funds, investments and work in the infrastructures.
The person in charge of the PSOE in Castilla y León praised the effort made to attract companies, generate employment, be able to retain the talent that has left Castilla y León for so long and fix the population, such as the development of Prado del Hoyo and the CIDE, which will house a national reference center, the Center for Innovation, Technification and High Performance (CITAR) of FP. In short, Tudanca affirmed, it is “all these realities that the people of Segovia have to judge this Sunday before casting their vote.”
