Loncin builds engines for BMW, premium motorcycles for Voge and the Real 5T electric scooter for Bicose.
We have already heard a lot from the global group Locin from China. Bicose is new to the company network. Under this label, Loncin wants to devote itself exclusively to two-wheeled electromobility and is already showing a very interesting e-scooter with the Real 5T.
Bicose Real 5T
Usable technical data on the Real 5T from Bicose is not yet available. However, the few pictures and video from Thailand allow some conclusions. It is clear that the Real 5T has a mid-engine that delivers its power via a drive train swing arm. Based on the size of the scooter, MOTORRAD assumes that the vehicle is comparable to a 125. Accordingly, the continuous output is a maximum of 11 kilowatts, the peak output can be significantly higher.
Great technology in the 5T
A picture of the foldable display shows a remaining range of almost 90 kilometers with a charge level of 87 percent, depending on the selected mode and allows you to believe in a battery capacity of 8 to 10 kWh. The Real 5T can be charged via a type 2 plug, i.e. on fast chargers or wall boxes and possibly with charging capacities of over 3.2 kilowatts. Keyless is started with a card and the display only opens when the ignition is activated. LED lighting with daytime running lights is almost mandatory.
If so, then only a powerful electric motorcycle.
I can imagine an electric scooter for commuting and city traffic.
A small, manoeuvrable electric moped is definitely fun.
Locin founds a purely electric brand with Bicose and presents a new electric scooter with the Real 5T. Technically a very interesting concept. Nothing is currently known about prices or availability on the international markets.
